Hey there, just your local cryptid Beoof here. I'm a 27 year old trans masc (They/Them) queer, disabled, auADHD artist just trying to get through life. I draw lots of cats and flowers honestly. A lot of Warriors inspired art though you'd think I'd outgrown the series by now. Sometimes I dabble with furry/anthro work too. Recently I have started learning to animate!

Rules
Simplified TOS
1. Whether or not you have read my Terms of Service, by commissioning me you are agreeing to my policies in a legal contract2. I retain all rights to my work. Resale of my art as merchandise or NFTs and other such actions are not acceptable. Unless discussed and agreed upon prior to payment. Violation of this can result in legal response.3. I am only taking USD payment through Paypal/Kofi or Venmo or at this time.4. I request payment in 2 parts. I asked for half payment up front, before starting the commission. The second half is due upon confirmation of the sketch. A security for both parties; that I will be paid for my work and you will receive what your paid for5. For every commission I request you send me as much as you can. Character refs, pose thoughts, details and personalities. As much as you can share to aid me to give you my best work.6. Major pose or design changes after the sketch is finalized will cost extra.

Terms of Services
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
I. GENERAL TERMS
My art and my time are not a right. If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline or reclaim your commission. Equally I have the right to cancel your commission at any time or point of the process.
All commissions will be paid in two parts or fully upfront. Two part payment will be half the cost upfront and the rest upon confirmation of the sketch. Until the full price is paid, I will not progress on your commission past the sketch phase.
The only currency currently accepted is USD.
All payment will only be accepted through Paypal, Kofi or Venmo.
II. PAYMENT
Once the commission is discussed and half payment is paid I will start on the sketching phase. During this time I will send the commissioner Work in Progress shots and communicate the progress with the commissioner until a final sketch is settled on.Once the final sketch is agreed on and the full price is paid, Work In Progress shots will only be given if the commissioner personally ask for them.
WIPs might be given as well if I the artist, am unsure of an aspect of the commission.Commissions are often completed within a 2 week time frame. Though the time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, work, or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
III. ADULT AND NSFW POLICIES
I, the artist, hold the right to request proof of legal age before discussing a commission considering any form of adult and or sexual content.You have the right to refuse providing proof of legal age. In doing such you agree to being black listed from any commissions containing adult and or sexual content until proof is provided.Should it be found that the provided proof of legal age was fake, all use and claim of the copyrighted art will be revoked. *I have the right to refuse a refund in the case of fabricated identification.As well your name and status of being a minor will be shared publicly to protect other artist.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be requested for free.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.Any major changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an design change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw any aspect of the commission.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not permitted minor changes without a fee. I will never use an unclear reference without informing the commissioner that it is such before the first payment.Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for. There is no such thing as too many references nor too much discussion in my opinion. The more information you give, the better I can create your commission.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, solely hold every right to the produced art. The commissioner only holds rights of the characters in the produced piece.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
-Promote myself with in any place or site.
-To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.I will take the commissioners comfort into consideration for the above actions. Though if the commissioner does not communicate any discomfort, I am not responsible for any misgivings.The commissioner are allowed to;
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal, noncommercial, use only
-Print the art for noncommercial, and claim the right of their character(s), not the art itself.
-Post the art on any social media with proper credit givenIf you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
-Using or making the artwork into NFTs
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removal or hiding of any watermarks/signatures.
-Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.Purchase of Commercial Rights to the artwork can always be discussed, even after the piece is completed. The fee can vary between 300% to 500% of the original price.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.By commissioning me in anyway, even with commercial rights, you are agreeing to not use the commissioned work as an NFT or any such application.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.If money has not been sent by the agreed upon time the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.*You have the right to cancel or request a refund from the artist under any circumstances before the commission is finished. Doing so after the commission is finished and final payment has been made, will result in a a refund fee. As well as loss to any use of the copyrighted artwork.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything you have commissioned will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.Your name will be added to a blacklist and you will be forbidden to ever commission me, Beoof, ever again.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
*In the case of a minor being discovered lying about their legal age to commission adult or nsfw art;
All rights to a refund are invalidated.
